Perfectly ripe Oxheart tomato filled with Bonito tuna, shallots, mushrooms confit, chives and topped with kohlrabi.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the ingredients for the filling. Mix them.
  2. Slice an Ox heart tomato very thinly. You need a sharp knife.
  3. Fill the tomato slice and fold it like a gyoza.
  4. Serve cold with a cold tomato soup.
