- Glutinous rice starcg: 200 g
- Yeast: 10 g
- Powdered egg yolk: 20 g
Preparation
Mix then cook at 80 degrees and dry for around 2 hours at 75 degrees or place in the oven at 160 degrees with the strongest ventilation.
