Ingredients

  • Mackerel: 500 g
  • Glutinous rice starcg: 200 g
  • Yeast: 10 g
  • Powdered egg yolk: 20 g

Preparation

Mix then cook at 80 degrees and dry for around 2 hours at 75 degrees or place in the oven at 160 degrees with the strongest ventilation.
